Pre - Wesak Festival - 6th April Thursday

The Festival Of Easter

Easter is a Christian holiday that celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. It is observed on the first Sunday following the first full moon after the spring equinox. Easter is considered the most important holiday in the Christian calendar and is marked by special church services, family gatherings, and traditions such as Easter egg hunts and the giving of Easter baskets. The holiday represents the core beliefs of Christianity, namely the belief in the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the promise of eternal life.

Easter celebration has many benefits, including:

* Reminding the importance of faith, hope, and love

* Providing an opportunity for spiritual renewal and reflection

* Encouraging charitable giving and community involvement

* Bringing families and friends together to share meals, gifts, and traditions

* Celebrating the arrival of spring and the renewal of life

* Promoting a sense of joy, gratitude, and optimism for the future.

Easter reminds us of the power of love, sacrifice, and forgiveness. Let us carry these values forward in our lives and treat each other with kindness and compassion. May we learn to love and serve others selflessly, just as Jesus did, and strive to make the world a better place for all.

We are celebrating this Easter by connecting with the God through Planetary Peace Meditation along with the Study on Wesak Festival.
