The word PRANA is a Sanskrit term that means “Vital Life Force”

Prana is derived from natural Energy sources. We may obtain it from the Air, the Sun, the Ground 
& Trees … as well as “Divine Energy” 

Energy is called by different names in different Cultures-

Greek Pneuma
Polynesian         Mana
Hebrew Ruah
Chinese Chi
Japanese Ki
Ancient Egypt Ba

Prana is also called Life Force.
